- Teacher programs are open to individual teachers, schools, NGOs, and education providers.
2. Program Registration & Payment
- Program fees must be paid in full before participation is confirmed.
- Discounted fees and promotional codes (e.g., early bird) are valid only within the stated period.
- Refunds are only possible in cases where Nexus Angle cancels or reschedules a program.
3. Use of Content
- All course materials, recordings, and resources provided by Nexus Angle remain our intellectual property.
- All user interactions through our courses, services and digital tools will have access to only relevant admins and trainers to provide better services.
- Participants may not copy, distribute, or resell content without permission.
4. Participant Conduct
- We expect all participants to engage respectfully with AI tutors, trainers, and Nexus Angle staff.
- Any inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive behaviour — whether during live sessions, in written communication, or when using our AI tools — may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.
- We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
5. Limitation of Liability
- While Nexus Angle strives to deliver high-quality programs and services, we are not responsible for technical interruptions, internet connectivity issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Participation in our programs does not guarantee specific academic, professional, or career outcomes. The responsibility for applying what is learned rests with each participant.
- Our website may include external links for reference. We do not control or endorse third-party content and accept no responsibility for it.
- Some of our services, including the AI communication tool, rely on artificial intelligence. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying the information before relying on it for academic, professional, or personal decisions.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland and the European Union.
